At Gilchrist Automotive’s Network of Dealerships our mission has always been and will continue to be the pursuit of being the Automotive Retail Leader as measured by Guest, Team Member and Community Satisfaction. With that in mind, we've been closely monitoring the dynamic situation of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Although COVID-19 is an evolving situation with many unknowns, we are sure of one thing: We will do our part to help our team members, guests and communities prepare.
What we are doing:
First, we are following CDC as well as federal, state and local government guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting our facilities.
Second, we have issued guidelines and held meetings regarding our team members taking preventative measures through basic personal hygiene habits.
We are committed to doing our part in limiting the spread of this new novel coronavirus. We understand if you do not feel comfortable going out in public right now. If this is the case, for a limited time we will offer Service and Body Repair pick-up and delivery complimentary until the end of April. Yes, at no charge to you if you are within a 50 mile radius! We have been offering home/office Sales Delivery and Test drives for several years. And we are excited to announce that we will waive the delivery charges for those customers within a 50 mile radius as well through the end of April!!
We want you to know that both the health and wellness of our team members as well as our guests are our highest priority. And your comfort and convenience is just as important.
